钓具史上不可思议的举世进化 —— 纳米硼纤维技术

Boron Nanofiber(纳米硼纤维)的前驱硼纤维是一种高强度、高弹性、耐高温的新型纤维材料,硼纤维性能比玻璃纤维和碳纤维都好,强度相当于钢丝的6~7倍,弹性模量是钢的2~3倍,密度只有钢的1/4,主要被应用于航天军工等部门。

Boron Nanofiber(纳米硼纤维)就是在硼纤维的基础上经过纳米技术处理,使各素材更轻、强度更大的一种增强剂,它只有碳纤维的1/3重量,却有碳纤维的三倍强度。英代尔公司把这种先进的新型材料经过高压滚压技术复合融合在碳纤维上,从而减轻了素材的重量,使得钓竿更轻,同时又提高了钓竿的强度和弹性,这也是钓具史上的一次跨越性的工艺进化。

 

Boron fiber - the precursor of Boron Nanofiber - is one kind of new fiber material with the nature of high intensity, high elasticity and high temperature-resistance. Its performance is better than glass fiber and carbon fiber. The intensity of boron fiber is equal to 6~7 times the intensity of steel wire, and the elasticity modulus is equal to 2~3 times of that of steel, while the density is only 1/4 of the steel. It is mainly used used in departments such as aerospace, military, etc.

Boron Nanofiber is a intensifier which based on boron fibers through nanotechnology, thus helping materials become lighter and stronger. Its weight is only 1/3 of that of carbon fiber, while 3 times the strength of carbon fiber. Intel Corporation compound this kind of new material to carbon fiber through high-pressure rolling. At the same time, it possesses strength and elasticity of the fishing rod. This is a big process of evolution in the fishing tackle history.
